We're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our organization, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients and visitors. **Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
