Seeking a receptionist to provide administrative support in a law office. The Receptionist provides exceptional service by greeting and assisting all visitors and answering inbound calls. Continuously offers the highest level of service to all firm employees and their visitors. Maintains a professional image of the firm by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. As an effort to be a cross-trained team player, the receptionist may be called upon to assist in general offi work based on operational needs to provide a top-tier customer experience. Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all clients and firm employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
*Greet and assist onsite guests with a positive and helpful approach
*Handle a high volume of calls to screen and direct to different departments within our firm
*Take detailed notes on each phone call
*Provide general office support and assistance in completing miscellaneous projects as needed
*Help maintain an organized front de
*Monitor the whereabouts of attorney's and staff in order to appropriately handle telephone calls, visitors a questions
*Provide gatekeeping, administrative and doent support to attorneys
*We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who is able to follow direction, detail oriented and able to multitask
*Must be a team player and able to work efficiently under pressure
*Must be thorough, detailed and organized
*Microsoft Office and good computer skills is a must
*Phone etiquette, patience under pressure, customer service, communication & organizational skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Must be able to act independently and be self‐motivated
*Filipino nationality
