Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
Manage the office’s scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and doent preparation.
2-3 years of experience as a receptionist in the UAE.
Must hold a valid UAE visa (own visa/sponsored).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
