Job Description

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible Receptionist Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

• Attend all the incoming calls, responding to them, and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
• Greet visitors. Register their names and contact details.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Booking hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Collate and distribute mail.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
• Write and edit doents from letters to reports and instructional doents.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Assist in gathering doents for visa renewals.
• Aiding the heads in the administration department.
• Maintain and prepare Local Purchase Order.
• Supervising office clerk and driver.
• Dispatch courier shipments (DHL/FedEx).
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Monitor and update telephone analysis (Etisalat/DU).
• Keeping all stationery items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
• Perform other clerical admin duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
• Other tasks and responsibility will discuss after joining the team.


Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to implement standard office procedur and able to operate office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous successful experience in an office environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
