Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform all Front Office duties like check-in and check-out of customer, answering the phone, help the customer with their inquiries and performing administrational tasks.
Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, entertainment, etc.
Answer all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, whether by telephone or in person, provi information and takes appropriate actions or refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle.
Ensure fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments.
Be familiar with all the Front Office software required for the Front Office Receptionist.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
Handle all front office cashier’s transactions and accurately handle money at all times.
Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department and follow up with customer to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction.
Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests, vendors and associates.
Report any incidents of guest dissatisfaction or unusual matters of significance to manag so that corrective measures may be taken.
Work to deadlines in a calm and confident manner.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
