Administrative DutiesGreet and welcome guests as they arrive at the premises.Appear courteous, patient and helpful and follow all standards set for query handling at all times in order to maintain the brand image of SHI.Receive and handle customer calls and provide accurate information to their queries and redirect calls to appropriate concerned Department.Track, log and maintain the thin for follow up.Maintain the daily checklist.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Schedule appointments and meetings for Management.Maintain the schedule of Conference rooms for Tenants on first come first serve basis.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.Coordinate office activities and events.Monitor and order office supplies as needed.Maintain and record all the petty cash expenses and submit to Finance.Provide general administrative support to the Management as required.
