Required Office Support
Greeting visitors
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
Handling transcription, printing, photocopying
Coordinating between all departments and requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Arranging client meetings in office and convey client messages to the concerned lawyer.
Organize cases and employees’ files and necessary doents.
Assist with office supplies and inventory management.
Provide support around office as needed, including formatting of doents, assisting in preparation of reports, printing, binding, preparing case files, etc.
Qualifications
Proficient in English and Arabic
No min Minimum experience required
