Job Description

- Answer and assist incoming phone calls
- photocopy, collate, and fax documents
- daily checking of emails and portals
- checking and forwarding LPOs to operations
- preparing daily delivery list schedule
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Help organize office activities.


Candidate Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Can work under pressure
- Flexible
- Computer proficiency
- Strong email communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
