We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and callers. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the organization of the front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
•Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff.
•Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
•Assist visitors and clients by providing information and directing them to the right person or department.
•Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
•Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
•Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
•Keep records of visitors and phone calls.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related customer service role is a plus.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in using office software and equipment, such as Microsoft Office and phone systems.
•Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
•Professional appearance and behavior.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
