Development of position descriptions and negotiating compensation package.
Headhunt candidates across the globe by applying quality talent market research, mapping techniques and proactive talent sourcing

Execute highly effective technical and non-technical phone interviews, video conferences and in person interviews and ensure that a sufficiently robust end to end selection process is executed for all potential new hires.
Development of position descriptions, advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of social media platforms, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle which includes negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates, reference checks and candidate relocation and onboarding.
Improve client and candidate experience
Provide additional support such as talent mapping to help clients with their planning, talent pipeline, and employer and improve talent acquisition strategies.
