We do this by sourcing hard-to-find talent in the UK and overseas, educating companies, and mentoring tech professionals. Our clients include small and innovative startups to large corporations in finance.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for very driven people who are good communicators, ideally from a recruitment, sales, or telesales recruitment background. You do not need experience in the above, but you must be hungry for success and money to apply.
What you will be doing
We offer a unique service that our clients love. Your job will be to work alongside our CEO and growing team to help us expand. There are many recruitment companies out there, but very few will offer you the chance to work in a career you love, the challenge and learning opportunities of working in a startup, and all while making a real positive impact. Some of your duties will be to:
Help to build our client base through business development
Source active and passive candidates for our many job roles
Help to shape our processes and systems
Source, review, and process candidate CVs and portfolios
Write compelling and targeted job adverts that excite the job market
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to qualify their aspirations and job fit
Talent map and create talent pools for the incoming pipeline of roles
Coordinate interviews for candidates and clients.

Monthly base salary of 2,000 Dhs for the first 3 months, which will increase based on performance after this period
Monthly earnings of 15,000 Dhs - 50,000 Dhs (if you hit your targets)
VISAs will be issued for successful candidates

Monday - Friday full-time work from the office
Working hours of 12 pm - 10 pm (in line with working hours in our European markets)
