*Works closely with job candidates, external recruiters, headhunters, and other human resources professionals in support of a business' hiring needs.
*Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling department head interviews to bringing new employees on board.
*Responsibility includes creating and maintaining employee files, handling, and overseeing the overall vi process, RP processing and employment contract.
*2 - 3 years of proven related experience
*Locally available in Qatar with transferable work visa
*Can join immediately
