- Put up advertisement in different job portals
- Handling End-to-End Recruitment Life Cycle.
- Recruitment in junior, middle, senior level positions.
- Sourcing relevant profiles form various recruiting channels like- job portals (Naukri, Moujan, Indeed,LinkedIn,Dubizzle, etc.), Internal Database and Employee referrals etc. as per the job specifications.
- Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to assess Candidate's experience, interest towards the job, technical skills, qualifications, salary and notice period etc.
- Negotiating with the candidates regarding the compensation package.
- Scheduling the shortlisted candidates for Telephon Interview.
- Line up candidates for walk-in interview.
- Sending an interview call letter through e-mails.
- Doing follow-ups calls about candidate availability for an interview.
- Feedback taken from all the candidates after attending an interview.
- Conduct Regular follow-ups with offered candidate until on-boarding.
- Established and maintained professional relationship with the candidates.
- Facilitate smooth on-boarding the candidates in the client place.
- Maintaining the database of candidates.
- Maintaining monthly reports and entire database and sending daily report to the senior management.
- Effective in describing Job profile to the candidates.

- 5 YEARS UAE EXPERIENCE
- DEGREE ATTESTED IN UAE
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Preferably North Indians Only and Pakistani
