Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning and Recruitme.
Trade Licenses and relevant statutory compliances.
HR and Attendan and Benefits and Employee Records (HROPAL System).
Learning and Development Management.
Performance Management.
Facilities Management and Administration.
Staff Welfare Management.
Employee's separation and End of Service Benefits.
Ensures all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Competencies:
Skilled in functional areas of HR covering the entire talent life cycle.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Data analysis, Communication, Presentation, Teambuilding, and Interpersonal relationship.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations.

Graduate with a post-graduate qualification in HRD. Additional relevant qualificatio will be of added advantage.
Preferably 7-8 years experience in managing HR and Recruitment at operati sites of an Engineeri Organization.
Language required: English, Hindi, Urdu
