Job Description- Relationship Offic Officer
As a relationship officer you will be required to:
-Identify opportunities for idealistic business growth and success
-Assist in the generation of new business prospects
-Develop and maintain positive links and association with clientele
-Understand customer requirements and address them comprehensibly
-Provide customer audience with accurate and valid information regarding the company service being offered.
-Promote high quality sales with optimal customer service
-Aim to preserve and retain customers
-Promote positive customer satisfaction, gratification and loyalty.
Preferred requirements and qualifications:
-Proven experience in CRM or as a relationship officer
-Familiarity and comprehension of CRM and sales practices to boost growth and profitability
-Rational and strong problem-solving attitude to handle complex and non-standard situatio
-KYC and doentation literacy
-Excellent communication skills
-Must have basic knowledge and acquaintance with the wide array of Business Banking Services
-Aptitude and the ability for fostering positive relationships
-Customer oriented mindset
-Ability to manage and cooperate with external parties
-Capability to learn, develop and implement acts and practices at a fast pace.
