Creation & management of Business Banki sector clients relations, in coordination with Business Development Head. Focus on debt restructioring, mediation with banks, and settling their needs end to end through our Legal Partners.
Principal Accountabilities
To Build a base of clients to retain & grow relationships and requirements in a profitable manner and in line with assigned business growth targets.
Identify, solicit and acquire new Business clients in line with approved company strategies for Assets, Liabilities, and cashflows.
Make visits to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes.
Produce multi-product relationship and greater Share of wallet. Facilitating other lines of business in exploiting business opportunities through referrals to Weal Banking.
Ensure effective & professional communication (both internal and external) to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels.
Skills required:
Passionate, visualise growth prospects with data projection, think and believe in digital business.
Understands the new industry disrupters and adapt in new scenarios.
Must have 5+ years of experience in related finance & banking field.
Ability to run his shop on his own, problem solver and self achiever, mentally very very mature and strong and smart. Expert in working scenarios during Covid-19.
