Job Description:
As a Relationship Officer for credit card sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will promote and sell our range of credit card products, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1.Identify potential customers and generate leads for credit card sales.
2.Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings to promote our credit card products.
3.Explain the features and benefits of our credit cards to potential customers.
4.Assist customers in completing the application process for credit cards.
5.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
6.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
