Required Telesales Representative Agent Assistant
Real Estate and Finance brokerage looking for a well-spoken and experienced Telesales Representative Agent Assistant to be responsible for soliciting Sales and Properties Listings over the telephone.
To be considered for the position you MUST:
- Strong telephonic and emails skills. Gather sales and properties listings lead generation opportunities through outbound call, cold call, emails presentations, networking, and social media for stronger potential database.
-You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Should have a min of 2 Years telesales experience (outbound calling and Cold Calling) in UAE and preferred real estate background.
- A Minimum over 100 calls in a day to get properties listings and potential buyers for multi options of ready or off plan properties.
- Achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales.
- Offering the clients other services such as Mortgage loans and other financial services.
- Should be assertive, ethical with a passion for sales and excellent customer service
- Fluent in English and Urdu, Arabic will be an advantage.
- Should have excellent communication and negotiations skills.
We are offering basic salary plus commission
