Inbound and outbound visa knowledge advantage
Liaise with the key departments in the company for smooth operations /Establish a good connection with hotels and negotiate exclusive rates, special offers, allocation overrides and terms and conditions
Analyze, check, and compare the rates to other suppliers and competitors.
Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
Maintain contract-related doents and correspondence
Providing data about the leading destinations and popular properties in the market
Stay informed about contract changes to relevant rules and regulations such as free se sales & room allocations.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and acting as the single point of contact for contract-related issues.
Monitoring contracts and deciding whether to close them out, extend them, or renew them based on the company's best interests.
Assuring the accuracy and upkeep of the organization's internal contract doents
Ensure our best conditions in the market Qualifications:
2 years of related experience, B2B contracting or in hotels
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. -Excellent reading and comprehension skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
