Job Description

We are looking for an Reservation Agent ( Sales) ) in Short-Term Rental Property (Dubai).

Responsibilities:

Handling Incoming Leads: Efficiently processing incoming inquiries, managing all contacts and interactions in the CRM system, and performing regular follow-ups to ensure maximum occupancy (over 90%) of all company apartments.
Client Experience Management: Providing consultations on properties, features, available services, and additional amenities to ensure high service levels and client satisfaction.
Closing Deals and Negotiations: Negotiating rental terms, finalizing agreements, and developing attractive offers, taking into account seasonal trends and demand levels.
Managing Repeat Bookings: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and corporate partners to ensure a high rate of repeat bookings.
Monitoring Market Activity: Analyzing the short-term rental market, tracking trends and seasonal shifts, studying competitive offers for accurate pricing and sales strategy adjustments.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinating with marketing, customer service, and housekeeping teams to ensure timely and quality services and resolve any rental-related issues.
Managing Sales Channels: Actively working with online platforms, including creating and updating property profiles, responding promptly to reviews and inquiries, and optimizing pages for greater visibility and conversions.
New Client Acquisition: Actively sourcing and acquiring clients, including individuals, corporations, travel agencies, and online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, especially in hospitality, real estate, or property rentals. Familiarity with CRM systems for client and sales management.
Negotiation and Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to build trust, close deals, and find mutually beneficial solutions.
Results-Oriented and Strategic Planning: Ability to develop strategies for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of the short-term rental market in Dubai and current trends. Insight into key customer needs and navigating competitive landscapes.
Cross-Cultural Skills and Languages: High proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Technological Proficiency: Proficient in office software, booking management platforms, and ready to learn new tools for sales automation and analytics.
