A reputed Kerala cuisine restaurant in Al Ain is looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Cashier to join our team. If you have 2-3 years of experience in cash handling in a high-pressure restaurant environment and are passionate about providing excellent service, we want to hear from you!
Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment transactions accurately using a POS system.
Assist customers with queries related to Kerala cuisine and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Manage dine-in, take-away, and delivery orders efficiently.
Reconcile daily cash transactions and prepare accurate reports.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station in line with health and safety standards.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of cash handling in a busy restaurant setting.
Cuisine Knowledge: Familiarity with Kerala cuisine is a must.
Languages: Fluency in Malayalam
Skills: Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic mathematical accuracy.
Location: Willingness to work in Al Ain, UAE.
