Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling and high-volume restaurant. The primary focus of this role is to excel in team management, floor management, and restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and support staff.
Provide ongoing training and support to the team.
Restaurant Operations:
Take charge of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain strict adherence to quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Customer Service:
Create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests, even during high-volume periods.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Continuously monitor guest feedback to make improvements that enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management and operations, specifically in handling large crowds and high customer volumes.Proven leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.Effective under-pressure and self-initiative qualities.
