- Must have proven experience in a similar role in the UAE or relevant field of at least 2years
- Preferably Italian
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management software
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage budgets.
