We are currently hiring for the position of Retail Cashier in Dubai. As a Retail Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing sales transactions.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Scan and ring up merchandise accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and efficiency.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
Assist in merchandising and restocking shelves as needed.
Ensure a clean and organized checkout area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer checkout process.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Strong numerical and math skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register or point-of-sale system.
Basic computer skills.
