Answer guest calls promptly and courteously, upselling when possible to enhance the guest experience and increase departmental revenue
Retrieve food orders from the kitchen in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality
Deliver food orders to guests’ rooms, checking for proper room number and spelling of guest name
Set up trays according to hotel standards, using proper linens and utensils
Check with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and that all needs have been met
Collect payment for meals served and process according to hotel procedures
Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of work areas at all times
Assist with stocking supplies as needed
Report any equipment problems or maintenance needs to supervisor
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and with a team
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
