Major Duties and Responsibilities:
·Develop and efficiently implement in coordination with Safety Engineer a comprehensive site HSE plan.
·Ensure that the safety & health behavi are incorporated into the project’s team culture
·By coordinating with Safety Engineer, up-date the HSE plan at regular basis throughout the project duration to ensure that any\all carried out changes in the HSE’ procedures\applications are properly implemented in the EHS plan.
·Continuously attend Job site to make inspection of HSE systems and application of its rules and standards to premises & staff.
·Report any HHS violation case to PM. As well as submitting a weekly report for HSE status.
·Provide enough training and familiarization to the workers on the different HSE procedures and req.
·Ensure the immediate close out of any HSE audit finding.
·Promote Safe practices at construction Job site.
·Inspect Site prior to and during construction to ensure that working environment is hazard free
·Prepare Work Permits in Coordination with Construction team and keep track & record of the same
·Carry out Safety Induction trainings to all project team
·Carry out daily Tool Box meetings
·Prepare all HSE related method statements
·Inspect all Scaffoldings & ensure that it has valid safety tags
·Ensure that all constructions staff are equipped with PPE
·Attend Weekly Site Safety meetings
·Keep records of all types of accidents & injuries including those that caused loss of working hours
·Conduct investigations of all near miss & site related accidents and prepare safety reports to include lessons learned & share with PM and Safety Engineer for their further processing
·In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the employee may be asked to perform other related duties when requested.
Requirements
Must be a Saudi National.
Has approval from ARAMCO.
Willing to be relocated.
