• Develop viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies.
• Plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery
• Manage relations with key clients (PSC / Government Departments / Military / Para-military orgs)
• Source and develop client referrals
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in-person
• Prepare sales action plans and schedules
• Develop sales proposals & contracts
• Develop and make presentations of company products, and services to current and potential clients
• Negotiate with clients & follow up on sales activity
• Ensure product delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain sales activity records and reports
• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development
• Experience working in a pro-active sales environment – successful cold calling experience is a must.

Qualification
• High Scho required
• Post-secondary education or coursework required
• Specialist knowledge: Armored vehicle industry and new sales strategy
• Previous experience: 3 – 5 years of sales management experience preferably in the armored vehicle industry
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiati skills.
Languages: English. Any additional languages are an advantage
