Develop viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies.
Plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery
Manage and relations with key clients (P Departme Para-Military organization)
Source and develop client referrals
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in-person
Prepare sales action plans and schedules
Development sales proposals and contracts
Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
Negotiate with clients and follow up on sales activity

Experience working in a pro-active sales environment - successful cold calling experience is a must
Train sales team to become subject matter experts on all armoured vehicles and vehicle specificatio in the inventory.
Establish sales quotas for each sales representative and provide continuous feedback in order to manage overall sales goals.
Continuously monitor and adjust inventory to optimize customer choice;
Measure and report sales metrics; monitor actuals-to-plan

High Scho required
Post-secondary education or coursework required
At least 3-5 years of sales management experience required (preferable in the armored vehicle industry)
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiati skills
