Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager at our office who will be primarily responsible for managing key relationships with our clients. The incumbent will be working with a world leading full-service advertising agency, distinguished by its proprietary knowledge, analytic and creative solutions. The Account Manager should be a team player and have strong inter-personal and people management skills.
Roles & Responsibility
• Work with our clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifi products to help achieve client goals
• Designing the brief that will facilitate better creative output
• Managing relations with internal departments of the agency namely creative, media, production and accounts
• Coordinating with the suppliers (Printers, Production Houses, and Fabricators etc.) to meet the client’s deadline
• Devise and implement sales strategies and promotions, pricing & discounting policies etc.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets for the sales department.
• Initiate and follow up sales leads, qualify potential accounts, manage, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
• Ensure proper assessme of the sales performance and motivation of the sales team.
• Meet a exceed annual sales quota including commission earnings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition activities, market trends, etc .
• Monitor daily market visits of the sales team and make sure those customers concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Recruit, Apprise, train, coach, mentor, and supervise sales team.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
