Requirements & Duties:
- Off-Plan Specialist & Secondary Market
- Female & male
- Any Nationality
- Age Between 22 - 45
- Driving License & own Car is a Must
- Undergraduate & Above
- RERA Certified (Will be given first preference)
- Candidate's documents need to be attested as per UAE requirement
- Self Motivated
- Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills is a must.
- In-depth Knowledge of the Major Developers and with profiled information on Ready & Off-plan Projects.
- Has to be self-sufficient enough for Future Team Building under them.
- Maintaining Client Reports, Tele - Sales, Day to day follow-ups, Controlling company Social Media for Off-plan, Manage and listing properties through CRM.
- Work on your own Targets every month and achieve them.
- Arranging necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
