We are looking for Customer Sales Representative (Female) who has Experience in the Sales Industry with excellent communication skills and professional experience in dealing with customers and closing sales. Job Description:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, prospecting, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
Manage the sales pipeline, track and follow up on leads, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and processing to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports, including key performance indicators, sales metrics, and forecasts, to provide insights and drive decision-making.
