The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling cardiology-related products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role will also involve providing technical support and training to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cardiology and sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for driving customer success.
Responsibilities:
1. Increasing sales and market share of cardiology-related products by developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans.
2. Identifying and prospecting potential customers in the assigned territory to create a strong sales pipeline.
3. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor
solutions to meet their specific requirements.
5. Providing technical support and training to customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of cardiology-related products.
6. Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional
campaigns and events to increase product awareness and generate leads.
8. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to cultivate relationships with potential customers and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
9. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and reimbursement policies to inform product development and sales strategies.
10. Collect and analyze customer feedback, market data, and competitor information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
11. Monitor and track sales metrics and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date doentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or life sciences.
2. Proven experience in sales and application support for cardiology-related products.
3. Basic knowledge of cardiology products and procedures, including catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional cardiology.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to healthcare professionals.
5. Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
