Responsibilities
•Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers
•Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
•Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed
•Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
•Communicate actively with clients
•Monitor and analyze the Dubai beauty market
•Provide a feedback about the implied strategies
Schedule
•5 days a week, 8 hours a day
Salary
•5000 + good commission
Requirements
•Female (preferably arabic speaker), 25-45 years old
•Experience in sales (B2B, B2C) — 3-4 years — preferably in cosmetic market
•Knowledge of UAE market
•Languages spoken — fluent English, Arabic
•Smart and energetic person interested in career development
•Good communication skills
•Previous experience in working with sales CRM system
•Experience in working with invoices
•Experience in working with e-commerce
•Preferable experience in import (not necessary, the training is provided by the company)
•Preferable driver's license
•Preferable own visa
