Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right auto spare parts for their vehicles, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Additionally, this position involves conducting door-to-door sales, engaging directly with potential customers at their locations, and promoting our wide range of auto spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate auto spare parts for their vehicles
Provide knowledgeable advice on product features, compatibility, and usage
-Conduct door-to-door sales to promote and sell auto spare parts to new and existing customers
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and promotions
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Sales
Previous experience in automotive sales, door-to-door sales, customer service, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of auto spare parts and their applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle the challenges of door-to-door sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned sales territory
