Responsibilities
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
Maintain Customer Database and ensure effective Customer Relationship Management
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Possess in-depth product knowledge of Companies Coffee Products and services and be able to conduct product tasting sessions.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients and helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Maintaining all client records in Al Moqah Trading and report monthly
Requirements
MINIMUM 2 years in sales within the coffee industry and track record of success
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Must hold valid driver’s license.
