A reputable Foodstuff trading company in Dubai is looking for a Sales Business Development Executive for the following responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Develop a sales strategy designed to achieve revenue targets.
Planning and organizing sales promotion activities through social media platform’s, B2B portal’s etc
Preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones in order to increase customer base and market share
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Update and maintain client profiles on a regular basis, research potential customers and prospects in assigned sales area.
Assist in processing customer orders and shipments according to the demand schedule
Following up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information. Working closely with other team’s after successful lead generation
Attending industry events in order to generate business leads
Provide assistance to staff in their absence, resolving problems, make recommendations on process improvements and handle customer service activities for internal and external customers.
Assist and support Freight Procurement activities (Spot sourci capaci Booking)
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to management
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant position, preferred experience and knowledge in Foodstuff trading
Experience in coordinating with suppliers & customers from different nationality
Degree in Business or Logistics, you are able to work quickly in a diversified and complex environment.
You have strong communication skills, team spirit & time management skills
You are fluent in written and spoken Arabic & English and have good IT skills: MS Office, Excel etc
