Job Description

1. Perform sales & marketing activities effectively to strengthen the company’s image in assigned territory, maintain business volume and gradually speed up business growth in FMCG Products.
2. Adopt a strategic and systematic approach to sales & marketing of growing businesses, carry out business planning, implementation, supervision and considering actions to stay ahead of competitive markets.
3. Consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
4. Area of work includes Retail & Wholesale portfolios


Candidate Requirements

5. Enthusiastic, Dynamic and Gulf experience with proven expertise in domains of Sales Marketing, Business Development, Client Relations and Customer Service in the FMCG sector having min 4 to 6 years of Experience in the above field.
6. Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives, delivering results under stiff competition, and providing ongoing service leading to add on sales and long-term customer loyalty.
7. Capabilities to manage stressful work environment
8. Able to developing strategic plans; Manage client relations, Develop Leads, contacts with Industry players.
9. Experience in managing store, stock inventory
10. Experience in analytical, problem-solving, negotiation,
11. Good interpersonal skills.
12. Maintain good knowledge of all product lines. Handle product management, create awareness and heighten brand image in the target market.
13. Understand the prevailing market trends and issues; analyze its impact towards the business in the long run and further devise, propose strategies for growth.
