We are currently seeking a Female Sales Coordinator to join our Dubai Office. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is having a positive attitude, intelligent, proactive and possess strong communication skills. Middle East working experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities: -
•Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important does not and communicating relevant information
•Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
•Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
•Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
•Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
•Handle calls, emails, and messages from customers and related parties professionally
•Develop and maintain filing systems to manage sales records and prepare reports.
Requirements and skills: -
•Proven experience in sales, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
•Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
•Well-organized and responsible.
•A team player with high level of dedication
•Minimum Bachelor's degree
•At least 5 years of experience in the field.
•Female only. (candidate should be available in UAE)
