1. Assisting sales and service team in preparing quotations, following up the quotatio and after sales activities.
2. To support sales team and communicate effectively with their clients to maintain existing relationships and to develop further sales.
3. To maintain and to submit the sales records regularly to the Managing Director. Report includes; monthly and annual sales by individual representatives, freelancers, sales by product line and sales to individual customers.
4. To record new sales inquiries into the company’s database. Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting information in order to increase productivity of sales.
5. Coordinating with sal team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipme.
6. Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.
7. To increase sales and new business development by fixing appointments for the sales team to achieve the sales targets by making cold calls and to existing clients.
8. To provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders, as a basis for forecasting cash flow.

With Technical Services Company - UAE experience
