Fables Decor and Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Sales Coordinator with a valid driving license. The sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring that all sales-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This individual will also be responsible for driving to client meetings and events; therefore, a valid driving license is required.
Responsibilities
-Act as the main point of contact for the sales team and customers to ensure seamless communication
-Assisting in lead generation and qualification and following up on leads.
-Manage and update sales databases and customer records
-Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
-Attend client meetings and events, representing the company professionally
-Provide administrative support for the sales team
-Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
-Assist the sales team in achieving their targets and goals
-Managing and monitoring sales contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
-Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments and sharing them with the sales team.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field may be preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in a related role.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service.
- A flexible availability to accommodate the needs of the business.
