Job Description: Sales and delivery associate
As a Tiffin Service Employee, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and ensure the timely delivery of tiffin services on a daily basis. You will play a crucial role in promoting the tiffin service, building client relationships, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your duties will involve a combination of sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Marketing:
•Identify potential clients and actively promote the tiffin service to individuals, offices, institutions, and other target markets.
•Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competition, and pricing strategies.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
•Attend trade shows, community events, and meetings to showcase the tiffin service and generate leads.
2.Client Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
•Understand customer needs, preferences, and dietary requirements to provide personalized solutions.
•Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
•Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
3.Delivery and Services:
•Coordinate daily tiffin deliveries and ensure timely and accurate distribution of meals to clients.
•Collaborate with the kitchen and operations team to prepare and package tiffin orders.
•Maintain delivery records, track delivery schedules, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
•Optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
4.Quality Control and Hygiene:
•Ensure that the tiffin service adheres to food safety regulations and maintains high hygiene standards.
•Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure the freshness, taste, and presentation of meals.
•Monitor portion sizes and consistency of food items to meet customer expectations.
5.Administrative Tasks:
•Maintain accurate records of client information, orders, and payments.
•Prepare invoices, bills, and receipts for clients.
•Collaborate with the accounting department to track and reconcile payments.
Requirements:
•High school diploma or more qualification.
•Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
