Job Summary
Plan, organize, direct, and control the sales team to achieve sales target and company objectives to be the number one reference lab with
the biggest market share. Lead a new sales group to great heights of revenue achievement with new products in several vertical
markets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement Sales strategy aligned with company’s strategy and growth plan to maximize both present
and long term sales.
2. Develop sales team size and structure as per the market opportunities and segments to maximize results.
3. Recruit, hire, train, and deploy smart and competent sales people using company resources to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
4. Coaching and developing a highly professional sales team to enhance coy image and sales results
5. Allocate sales targets, key productivity indicators (KPIs) for all. Monitor performance and conduct periodic
reviews to drive focus on priorities, results, and establish a month’s objective and action plan.
6. Develop and implement incentive, reward, recognition, performance evaluatio, and corrective action
plan to inspire good performers and punish poor performance.
7. Review, create and fine tune policies and procedures that support results achievements.
8. Align with and support marketing to identify products and develop promotional plans, tools, and marketing
campaigns and drive implementation by sales team.
9. Review and analyze sales results and collection status of each regi periodically and recommend
required actions. Regular review of sales trends of top customers. Forecast sales.
10. Prepare and conduct regular sales meetings.
11. Develop, maintain relations with top and strategic customers. Deal with customer complaints.
12. Assist the sales team in the selling process with priority and strategic customers
