Job description
The candidate for this position shall excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling services for MEP Building Construction, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Areas of responsibility:
1. Responsible for the outdoor sales and marketing of MEP Building Construction such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and ELV Works.
2. Acquire new customer by conducting market research and meeting with leads to identify opportunities and map out potential clients and competitors.
3. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts. Develop and strengthen customer relationship.
4. Generate and achieve sales target while consistently maintaining profit margin.
5. Managing and understanding customer requirements.
6. Prepare Sales documents such as quotation and contracts as needed.
7. Making technical presentation and demonstrate how the company will meet client’s needs.
8. Identify market segments to increase market share and achieve business growth.
9. Provide comprehensive report of sales and marketing activities on a weekly basis.
10. Regular follow up for quotation status and payment.
11. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
1. 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience of services for MEP Building Constructi Company which includes solutions for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and ELV works.
2. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems like Pipe Drive is a plus.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. With Valid UAE driving license and preferably with own vehicle
5. Indian Nationality
