Job Overview
Hertz Integrated Systems is one of the leading companies for two-way radio communication and security systems integrator in UAE. We are in need of a talented Sales Executive professional in the same field of our work mainly Two-way Radio Communication Sales and we are looking for a high driven sales lead generator that can be up to the task to help us gain new clients to join our team
Responsibilities for Sales Executive
· Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
· Travelling to visit potential clients
· Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
· Managing and interpreting customer requirements
· Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
· Present products or services in your industry that would be beneficial to your client business
· Plan detailed presentations that show clients your product info, pricing, and benefits
· Negotiating tender and contract terms
· Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
· Offering after-sales support services
· Administering client accounts
· Analyzing costs and sales
· Preparing reports to the upper management
· Meeting regular sales targets
· Recording and maintaining client contact data coordinating sales projects
· Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
· Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
· Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
· Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
· Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
· Solving client problems
· Helping in the design of custom-made products
· Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
Qualifications for Sales Executive
· Willingness and ability to travel full time, arranging meetings with new potential clients.
· Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
· Solid experience in our products' industry (Largely for Two Way Radio Communication System)
· Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
· Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports
· Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
· Have UAE Driving License (if possible have a personal car)
Experience Requirements:
Sales and Technical work for Security Systems (CCTV, ELV, Smart Home Automation, Access Control, etc) and most importantly for Two Way Radio Communication Industry (2years or more)
