Your Responsibilities
• Expand the scope of sales activities in order to meet sales targets
• Increase revenue through the retention of customers, and the proactive acquisition of customers
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Provide your line manager with relevant, quantified and clear information relating to market activity
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain and develop your performance
• Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, problems
• Establish and maintain long term sustainable partnerships with specified customers and service providers and discuss and communicate customer feedback with other affected business units
Your Skills and Experiences
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales in a courier & logistics industry
• Experience in selling through different stages of sales
• Knowledge of UAE market and industry related awareness is a must
• Relationship with clients and having an existing sales pipeline to work with
• Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Fluency in English language is mandatory. Arabic would be considered as an added advantage
