Deal with showroom visiting customers, handle telephone inquires and engage in prospects sales.
Maintain regular communication with all customers during the purchase and delivery process.
Constantly improve selling techniques and customer handling skills to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded in the CRM and operating system
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently , in-line with the company sales and SOP policy.
Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for the dealership business.
Continuously review, monitor and evaluate sales opportunities and develop new sales strategies
Prepare weekly sales report and submits to line manager
Carry out any additional task assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set timeframes.
Provide suggestions and recommendations to the line manager for possibilities to improve the sales.
Digitally inclined with ability to promote the company and brand on various social media platforms to generate leads, contacts and sales.
Offer various other services to customer which are available within the group, like warranty, maintenance and service contracts, etc.
Maintain awareness of automotive industry (mainly EVs) update knowledge of product range, model, features and benefits.
Proficiently presenting the company and brand to develop trust with the customers and entice interest to close the le.
Communication with the internal teams for managing the documentation and delivery of the vehicles.
Interacting and creating good rapport with the financial and insurance teams to ensure smooth sales experience to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
At least 2 years of Automotive sales required
English and Arabic languages mandatory
