Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Achieve Individual Sales targets for Point of Sales Devices.
2.Achieve targets for Transaction count and Transaction value through ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues.
3.Visit the customers at their convenience either at their office / residence to market the products and obtain complete doentation.
4.Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with customers to achieve goa.
5.To providing efficient, friendly and quality service to customers; answering queries & encouraging them to increase their business.
6.Produce customer leads using a variety of methods.
7.Implementing processes that drive sales.
8.Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Sales Manager.
9.Participate in week sales performance review meetings.
10.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.
Sales Executives (Outdoor Sales)
Sales Executive Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in finance or related is required.
Min. 3 - 5 years of sales experience in Banking Sales (Outdoor Sales)
Strong English communication skills
Presentation skills
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience in the banking industry is preferred
