Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
* Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory and create a sales plan to reach them.
* Conduct market research to understand the needs and demands of customers in the assigned territory.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
* Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers to ensure maximum profitability.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to customer orders.
* Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
* Attend industry conferences, trade shows and other events to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of pigments for paints and coatings, plastics and cosmetics industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of chemical industry and market trends.
* Valid UAE driving license.
