Job Description

High-end luxury furniture retail brand, is looking for a customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to be part of their expanding team in Muscat, Oman.



Main responsibilities & accountabilities:



Client reception, visits, and advice: Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs.


Assist the Branch manager & Sales supervisors in day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Maintain a fully display of products via merchandising methods as laid down by the company.


Review daily stock level on all products in his assigned area and recommends orders to the warehouse manager.


Promote the sales of products by spotting and seizing sales opportunities, offering alternatives solutions to problems and suggesting add on sales in order to achieve the established sales target.


With the support of other team member’s help in visual merchandising of the showroom, and mood boards to provide customized solutions for the client.


Client Quotations and order booking: Prepare the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, send them to the clients, follow-up with them till closing the deal.


Invoicing and Delivery: Conduct and handle payments from clients, follow up with the warehouse department to ensure delivery to the clients in line with the specifications and timeline established. If needed, solve issues occurred during the delivery.


Client Relationship Management: Build close and good relations with potential and existing clients and do a proper follow up.


Be the contact person for the client. Resolve efficiently potential problems with clients and coordinate internally for the appropriate solutions.


Client database update: Provide the appropriate information to update client database.
Payment terms, policies and procedures: Follow strictly the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy frame and procedures.


Administration services and reporting: Ensure all doentation related to the clients is recorded and filed correctly.


Prepare regular reports to be discussed with the management, and participate to internal sales and management meetings.


Candidate Requirements

Requirements:



Minimum high-school certificate.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc)
Sales experience in retail, good sales personality with the knowledge of sales techniques.
Good knowledge & understanding of retail operations. Furniture experience will be a plus.
Computer literacy.
Arabic speaking.
Fluency in Written & spoken English.
The candidate must be in Oman.
