Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive in the Paper Bag Division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will play a vital role in promoting our eco-friendly paper bag solutions to businesses looking to embrace sustainable packaging alternatives.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
•Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
•Conduct produ presentations to prospective clients.
•Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the product or service.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
•Understand client needs and work to address them effectively.
•Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
•Handle objections and overcome challenges during the sales process.
•Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
•Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales contracts and related doentation.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
•Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
•Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
•Act as a point of contact for client communication.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Paper Bag sales.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Familiarity with eco-friendly packaging solutions is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
